At MANTIQE, each piece is carefully hand-crafted with exceptional attention to detail.

As a result, shipping timelines may vary depending on availability and production.

• In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3–8 business days
• Made-to-order or pre-order pieces are dispatched within 7–21 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and customs processing.

If your selected item requires additional production time, we will prioritize your order and keep you informed.

For time-sensitive orders, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase — we are always happy to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your piece as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You may request an exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• In the event of a defective item, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item received, we will gladly offer a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, please note that they may be considered final sale.
