Refund & Return Policy
At Mantiqe, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping. Due to the nature of our products and limited collections, we do not accept returns or refunds if the item meets the description and appearance shown on our website.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
– The item is defective.
– The item was damaged during shipping.
– The wrong item was sent.
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
All return requests are reviewed individually by our team. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be preserved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as personal preference, dissatisfaction with fabric, decorative elements, fit, or if the item looks as presented in product photos and descriptions.
