At MANTIQE, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and meticulously inspected to ensure exceptional quality.

We are pleased to offer returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size, we kindly ask that you submit your request within 14 days of delivery. All exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that your desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the request is due to a defective item, damage incurred during shipping, or an incorrect item received.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Upon receipt and careful inspection of your return, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
