When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 3–8 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are typically dispatched within 7–21 business days, depending on availability and production.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Can delivery timelines vary?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, customs processing and unexpected delays. If your piece requires additional production time, we will prioritize your order and keep you informed.
What if I need my order by a specific date?

What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in pristine condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Yes, exchanges for another size or style are available subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
